He earned his degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his residency at West Penn Hospital, Allegheny Health Network (AHN).

Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Cypher has made Pittsburgh Magazine’s “Top Doctors” list for the past ten years. He is the preferred OBGYN provider for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
