Vivian's Homes has sold, delivered and set up over 3,000 homes throughout the Southeast including South Carolina and North Carolina. They are licensed to sell, deliver and set up in all three states, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. Vivian's Homes has its Retailer's license, Set-up license, Insurance license and Residential and General Contractors licenses for the State of Georgia.
