Michael G. Lasser, MD

Michael Lasser, MD, has practiced pediatrics in Cortlandt/Peekskill for 31 years. Dr. Lasser grew up in Southern Westchester, attended Washington University and graduated from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio in 1973. After graduating from New York Medical College in 1977, he completed his residency in pediatrics at New York University Medical Center/Bellevue Hospital and began private practice in 1980. Dr. Lasser is board certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Lasser practices with Dr. Eric Mier, Ellen Lasser, CPNP, and a great office and nursing staff in his Cortlandt Manor office. His pediatric office is part of the Westchester Medical Practice. Dr. Lasser is Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at the Hudson Valley Hospital Center. He is a preceptor for medical students in the Primary Care Education program of New York Medical College. Dr. Lasser and his wife Ellen are the parents of two sons, 21 and 26. Dr. Lasser is active in many non-medical activities. He spends much of his private time in his kayak on the Hudson, or pursuing his woodworking projects.
