​We are an independently owned home inspection company in Orange County, NY.

Prior to becoming a home inspector, as a teenager, Esmirna Ramirez worked beside her father in a construction business that he owned. She quickly acquired a solid understanding of residential construction, remodeling and repairing homes. She has gained a keen eye for detail and appreciation for following standards. This experience left her with a unique understanding of how the different systems of a home work together over its lifespan and a clear feeling that most problems, big and small, are simply a matter of attention and care.

A Home Inspection isn’t a pass/fail exercise from the perspective of the home inspector, it’s a detailed investigation into how well the home was constructed, how well it has been cared for, and what its current and upcoming needs are, if any.

As an active and proud member of both InterNACHI (Certified Professional Inspector) and ASHI she is continually upgrading her education and skills to better serve her clients.
