I have been working in the mortgage industry for the past twenty years. My focus is on helping new homebuyers realize the American dream of homeownership. Many of my clients have told me that when they applied for mortgages at other establishments, they were simply informed that no product was available to them but no one took the time to explain what they needed to do so that one day they could realize their dream of homeownership. I pride myself on taking time with each and every client, regardless if they want to purchase a $60,000 house or a $600,000 home. Loan origination done right in my opinion makes strong communities. Strong communities are the life blood of our civilization.

I have also been privileged to work on many nonprofit projects for local government. I have taught classes for the Ohio State Treasurer's office on homeownership and steps to improve your credit. I have also done television programs in conjunction with Mayor Coleman's office explaining to individuals the home buying process. I have put on several seminars with the aid of the Hispanic Advocacy Committee in Spanish to assist minorities on the road to home ownership.
