Anita E. Gonzalez, MD, is a devoted primary care physician and pediatrician, offering holistic and noninvasive medical services to her patients in Van Nuys, California. 
Born and raised in Nicaragua, Dr. Gonzalez received her medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua in Managua, Nicaragua, where she specialized in general care and pediatrics. She gained invaluable experience practicing in Nicaragua for more than 10 years, after which she moved to the United States. 
Once in the US, Dr. Gonzalez applied for and received a revalidated medical license which certified her to practice in the US. She also believes strongly in her own continuing education, and over the next three years, she completed further specialty training in pediatrics at San Juan City Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 2007, Dr. Gonzalez established her medical practice at Anita E. Gonzalez, MD, in Van Nuys, California. 
Dr. Gonzalez works to treat the underlying cause of her patients’ illnesses and not just their symptoms. Her practice takes a conservative approach to treatment and uses nutrition, physical therapy, and mindfulness techniques to treat all aspects of your health.
