Melissa Quinn, MD

Melissa Quinn, MD, is a triple board-certified physician and psychiatrist. Dr. Quinn provides holistic, integrative mental and developmental health services for children and adults in and around the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Quinn has a passion for helping patients with anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) thrive in every aspect of life. She also works closely with patients struggling academically or at home because of symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

As an integrative and holistic medicine physician, Dr. Quinn has extensive experience in relieving persistent symptoms of a mental health condition using a range of psychotherapy techniques and traditional medications.

Innovative treatments like ketamine infusion therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) are also available for treatment-resistant depression and anxiety.

Dr. Quinn is double board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and completed her adult psychiatry residency and internship at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. She also completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

After becoming passionate about integrative medicine, Dr. Quinn became board certified in integrative and holistic medicine through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM) in La Jolla, California. 

She later finished a fellowship in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) through Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, to treat depression without medication. 

As part of her holistic approach to care, Dr. Quinn offers life coaching, mindfulness training, and nutraceuticals that transform a patient’s wellness and quality of life. She values the benefits of lifestyle interventions and dietary improvements to support long-term mental health. 

Medication management services are also available to optimize treatment effectiveness and reduce risk factors for medication misuse or abuse.
