Our Trusts practice includes advice and drafting of Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts (including but not limited to Medicaid Trusts, Credit Shelter Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts and Special or Supplemental Needs Trusts). We represent clients through the Medicaid planning and application process, including representation at Fair Hearings. We also consult clients concerning Long Term Care Insurance, and handle Guardianship and Probate Proceedings. Lastly, we handle residential real estate transactions as they naturally relate to these areas of law.
