Leon J. Baginski MD, FACOG

Leon Baginski, MD, is a board certified OB/GYN at his private practice in Mission Viejo, California. He specializes in minimally invasive robotic and laparoscopic surgery, complete laparoscopic excision of endometriosis, high-risk and low-risk obstetrics, infertility management, and incorporating functional as well as integrative medicine breakthroughs to maximize patient outcomes. 
Dr. Baginski was born and raised in Michigan, where he attended the University of Michigan for both his undergraduate and medical school training. He was awarded the William J. Branstrom Prize for ranking in the upper 5% of his class and graduated with high distinctions. He completed his internship and residency at the acclaimed Parkland Memorial Hospital, University of Texas affiliated program and was offered a position on staff upon residency competition. 
In pursuit of better weather, he chose to start his career in Southern California. What sets Dr. Baginski apart from other physicians is that he believes the human body works as a whole, not isolated parts. In this way, Dr. Baginski follows the most current developments in functional and integrative medicine, blending those disciplines with the latest OB/GYN research to help his patients obtain better health for the long term, not just for today.
