Yolanda Moore-Forbes, MD, FAAP

Dr. Moore-Forbes is a pediatrician at Akron Children’s Hospital Pediatrics. She’s been practicing since 1993 and with Akron Children’s since 2016. She earned her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Mercy Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Moore-Forbes is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Additionally, she has given numerous presentations on pediatric and child health advocacy topics, including lectures as part of the Mercy Children’s Medical Center pediatric house staff core lecture series.
