I was born in Arizona but raised by my mom in the town of Bryan in northwest Ohio. I have one older brother, as well as two Chihuahuas. I earned my medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. I completed my pediatrics residency at Akron Children's Hospital. I am also certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, I am also a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
