Dr. Castillo is a pediatrician at Akron Children’s Hospital Pediatrics, where she’s been practicing since 2016. She earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa. and completed her residency in pediatrics at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Castillo has a special interest in breastfeeding medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine and reproductive health, contraception and education. She is certified by the Board of Pediatrics and is a certified lactation consultation. Dr. Castillo is also a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics.
