Patriot Owners is a home buying program that works to help veterans and active duty military personnel become home owners. We do this by offering anyone with a VA Home Loan Benefit the opportunity to utilize that benefit with a credit score as low as 500. However, the qualifications at this credit score are very stringent. We have learned that it is better for our Patriots to have a 580 score.
