St. Michael’s Health Clinic, LLC is owned and operated by, Dr. Kimberly Riddle, DNP (doctor of nursing practice), APRN, FNP-BC. We are currently open Monday through Thursday 08:30-1600 (we take the last patient at 15:30). As your provider, she is committed to providing you with the highest level of care. She will seek to accurately diagnose and treat your medical conditions, openly discuss treatment options with you and provide you with continuing education about your conditions.

St. Michael’s is a occupational and family clinic whose mission is to provide quality and kindhearted care while promoting healthcare. This health clinic is open to anyone who needs a DOT, non-DOT, or Department of Defense physical exam or urine drug screen. This clinic is conveniently located off Exit 89 on Interstate 24 directly across from the Pilot. Look for the white cross painting on top of the roof. This provides care to our truckers and military close to home.
