Charlotte's passion for real estate began when she was very young. Her family moved several times when she was growing up and she still holds fond memories of her family's real estate agents and their knowledge and professionalism.

Charlotte has a long history of service. Before becoming an agent herself, she spent 28 years in the military. After retiring, she pursued a long-time dream of earning her law degree and is now a licensed attorney in North Carolina. Charlotte provides legal advice and counseling to her real estate clients, which can be crucial in many real estate transactions.

Although she no longer serves her country in uniform, Charlotte does serve her local community by donating a portion of every commission to the Blue Ridge Humane Society and by serving on their board of directors.
