I have been a licensed real estate professional for 37 years. Before beginning my real estate career, I received my BS and an MS in Education degrees from City College of New York. I taught special education for 16 years in the NYC Public School System.

I have been a full-time Associate Broker for Houlihan Lawrence Brokerage in their Briarcliff Office for fifteen years, before that 22 years with another company. I have listed and sold many homes in Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Croton-on-Hudson, Chappaqua, Millwood, Pleasantville, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and the Towns of Cortlandt and Yorktown.

Many of my clients have been referred to me by previous and current clients who have been very pleased with my level of service and attention to their needs.

For the past 15 years, I have been recognized as one of the top 3 agents in the Briarcliff Manor Brokerage. Throughout my career, I have been recognized with numerous performance awards. Houlihan Lawrence has bestowed upon me their prestigious Emerald Award, which is given yearly to their 30 top producers, in a company with over 1300 agents. I have also received their Gold and Platinum Awards for outstanding production.

Continuing education in the real estate professional is essential. I completed the CERTIFIED DISTRESS PROPERTY and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource course.

I take great pride in my profession. I am a past Chairperson of Zone 3 of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service.
