Bhavana Day Spa in Freeport, Maine, offers a variety of traditional spa services as well as Ayurveda consultations, energy treatments, hypnosis, herbal consultations and more. Our traditional spa treatments include massage, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, foot soaks, facials and cupping. For our Ayurveda consultations, we work with our clients to make diet, lifestyle and daily routine modifications through yoga, meditation, breath work, massage and energy work.
