Zohreh Nikkhah Abyaneh, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN at Woodbridge Obstetrics & Gynecology,  a women’s health practice serving Woodbridge, Virginia and the surrounding areas including Lorton, Springfield, Stafford, Annandale, Manassas, Alexandria, and Fairfax. Dr. Nikkhah Abyaneh provides comprehensive primary and reproductive care for women throughout all the stages of their lives, from adolescence to pregnancy to menopause. She is devoted to providing exceptional care and developing strong, lasting relationships with each of her patients.
After graduating from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran, Dr. Nikkhah Abyaneh went completed her OB/GYN residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Before deciding to focus her career on medicine, Dr. Nikkhah Abyaneh finished two years of midwifery school in Iran.
To further enhance her skills and those of her colleagues, Dr. Nikkhah Abyaneh conducted research on laparoscopy and ablation and had her results published.
To better serve her diverse community, Dr. Nikkhah Abyaneh is fluent in English and Farsi. She also delivers at Fairfax Hospital and Sentara Hospital. When she’s not improving the lives of her patients, Dr. Nikkhah Abyaneh enjoys painting and antiquing.
