All Care Home Care, Inc., located in Hazleton since 1986, is a locally owned and operated home health agency. All Care is dedicated to providing safe and high quality home health care, treatment and services to sick, frail or disables individuals. The agency is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is accredited by Joint Commission Accreditation on Healthcare Organizations.

All Care Home Care is a provider member and accepts the following insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Geisinger Family, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Priority Health, First Priority Life, Geisinger Health Plan, Freedom Blue, Highmark Blue Shield, Geisinger Gold, Health America, Health Assurance, United Health Care Community Care, Aetna US Healthcare, Black Lung and many others.

All Care Home Care provides prompt, efficient, highly skilled care 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our service areas include: Luzerne, Carbon, Schuylkill and Columbia Counties. The professional staff consists of full-time, part-time, per diem Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. The RN nursing staff is PICC line and IV certified.

All Care Home Care's Rehabilitation Services include a staff of licensed physical therapists who provide services within 24 hours of referral. Occupational Therapists along with our Speech Therapists provide quality rehabilitative services in the patient's home. Therapists assist patients to become as independent as they possibly can and to cope with their physical limitations.
