ChoiceOne Urgent Care - Grayson

ChoiceOne Urgent Care Grayson is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. We provide non-life-threatening, immediate medical care to adults and children over the age of 12 months. Our Grayson clinic joins two other Georgia-based centers who have earned “Best Urgent Care” in Gwinnett County’s Best of Gwinnett Magazine two years in a row.


From flu-like symptoms and sinus infections to allergies and broken bones, our providers can treat most non-emergent illnesses and injuries. Our centers have state-of-the-art equipment that is designed to get you in and out within no time.
