F45 Training Downers Grove

F45 is a 45 minute long High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program focused on functional movements. Each class is held in a circuit setting led by experienced personal trainers who specialize in modifying or progressing every exercise to the capability of each member, making F45 suitable for everyone. We provide a one-on-one training experience within a group environment at a fraction of the cost of personal training.
