Enter from a beautiful garden setting to this unique, two-bedroom, two-full bathroom home with stucco walls and beamed ceilings, and you will look straight through to the Pacific Ocean. Built at a high point right on the beach, the living room, dining room, and kitchen of the main house all have expansive views of the water.

This very private house is tastefully decorated in keeping with its Italian design, hand-painted sconces from Sicily, and wall ceramics from different parts of Italy. Take your pick from the bedroom with the ocean view or the one overlooking the garden, where the hills rise high surrounding Troncones. Sunbathe on the deck surrounding the two-level infinity pool, or take a stroll down the private path to the beach below. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a confection oven.

The two story guest house located in the back of the property offers privacy from the main house. The first floor is a garage, kitchen, bathroom and eating area. The second floor is a large bedroom with queen size bed, two full size beds, and large bathroom. The balcony offers views of the garden and the ocean.
