Keeper Ranch

Keeper Ranch continues to strive for excellence in Whitetail and Fallow breeding through herd management and superior genetics. In early 2020 we purchased a new 1,900 acre property in Burnet, Texas. By early 2021 we completed our deer pens and relocated the Whitetail and Fallow herds.  The ranch is also home to a variety of exotics including Red Deer, Kudu, Oryx, Axis, Blackbuck and others.

Keeper Ranch is a leader in the Fallow genetics program since 2016. The Fallow foundation herd consisted of the famous Thunderstruck (AKA Irish Elk), four bred Sola Fe doe as well as 10 Heartbar doe. This herd has produced Blades, Gamechanger, Bullwinkle, Snickers and Avenger to name just a few.

The Whitetail genetics program was established in 2017. The Whitetail herd is approximately 300 deer strong with 100% enhanced genetics.

This new ranch in Burnet is scheduled to restart the hunting program in Fall 2022.

Our vision and focus for Keeper Ranch is as follows:

Provide genetically superior Whitetail and Fallow breeder bucks and doe to the industry
Provide consistently high-quality stocker bucks and doe
Sell select exotics
Offer a limited number of hunts each year and provide an experience that will last a lifetime
