Ketch 55 was established in 2004 and quickly became a Hatteras Island favorite for locals and visitors. We continue the tradition of sourcing out the freshest ingredients from land and sea. In 2017 we introduced Stu’s Donuts & Breakfast, the premier donut spot in Avon. The concept to offer fresh made donuts with their special touch, as well as breakfast items with a twist. Not only are the donuts amazing and cooked to order, other items include made from scratch biscuits, Stu’s special sausage gravy, stone ground creamy grits to bagels and lox with house smoked salmon.
