The care and management of individuals with Cognitive Impairment and Dementia is most successful if there is a clinical team available to assist the treating physician. This team includes, Medical Assistants, Social Workers and Neuropsychologists found in our clinic. We also have support resources for our patients and families. We utilize neighboring specialists in Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychiatry, Sleep Medicine plus other specialists, as needed. Through this comprehensive team approach, we have the ability to treat patients and assist families throughout the disease course.
