I strive to develop a doctor-patient relationship that is honest, empathetic and focused on achieving the individual goals of each patient. Cancer treatment is complex and often treated best through a team approach, in which the patient is the most important member. When consistent with a patient's goals, a treatment plan may include fertility sparing procedures, or palliative care. I frequently collaborate with other specialists, community health care providers and other supporting services to provide the best treatment available, and at the same time, to maximize quality of life both during and after cancer treatment.
