Cognitive Therapy Mindfulness Center

(CTMC) is a counseling and mindfulness clinic located at 118 Old Lafayette Ave, in the historic Chevy Chase area around the corner from Woodland Park in Lexington, KY. CTMC provides counseling to clients to resolve emotional pain, overcome life challenges and personal losses, and nurture authentic lives and quality relationships. In addition to providing individual therapy, CTMC provides group therapy and professional workshops in mindfulness, creativity, self care and wellness, agency and resiliency, compassion practices, interpersonal skills, and coping with loss and trauma.
