UPL!FT was founded in May 2018 by Dr. Xavier V. Bruce. This company is in the coaching industry and its primary target population is servicemembers who are transitioning out of the military. The problem is that many of these veterans do not have a holistic transition plan--from the inside out--to effectively manage the stress and anxiety that can result from separating or retiring from the military. We also offer transition coaching to entrepreneurs, recently married/divorced, baby boomers, high school/college graduates, and unemployed/underemployed.

Our solution involves a needs analysis followed by keynote speeches, conference breakout sessions, workshops, one-on-one coaching, financial advising, and other ancillary services to help put value-added instruments in place for the veteran. Our value proposition is that we help people learn how to empower and uplift themselves!
