Rhonda has a passion for helping her clients buy or build their perfect home. In her 27-year career, Rhonda has been both lender and Real Estate broker serving both buyers and builders, which has equipped her with a thorough understanding of all sides of the business and makes her an experienced guide for her clients.

As attentive as she is knowledgeable, Rhonda approaches every client relationship with the same care and concern, taking the time to understand her client’s individual needs and circumstances and recommend the product that provides the best fit. As a partner and advisor, she believes proactive communication goes a long way to making the process of obtaining a mortgage smooth and worry free for her clients, and she is committed to offering consistent and reliable guidance every step of the way.

Rhonda specializes in construction, first-time home buyer, Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA loan programs, as well as Jumbo and portfolio mortgages.

Rhonda relocated to Tallahassee from Tuscon, Arizona in 2008 and fell in love with the area. She enjoys time with her family playing sports, fishing, kayaking, boating, hunting and golfing.

Rhonda is a member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, Tallahassee Builders Association and Tallahassee Board of Realtors, as well as the South Georgia Board of Realtors. She is also a member of the Tallahassee Mortgage Bankers Association, where she has served as treasurer and social chair, and is a strategic partner with the Tallahassee Women’s Council of Realtors.
