Jemima Mensah, PMHNP, is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management at Reform Psychiatry LLC in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Jemima earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maine in Orono, Maine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric and mental health at Walden University, based in Minneapolis.
Jemima works with her patients as their partner in health, taking time to answer questions and discuss all treatment options so they can make informed decisions.
