Since 1923 our family has served Princeton, IN and the surrounding communities with quality service and pride in the construction industry. My wife and I formed Schafer Construction Company, LLC in January 2001. We are a family owned and operated company with full-time employees. My wife, Lisa works in the office along with Samantha, our interior designer and floor plan specialist. Our son Detrix is IRMCA certified in concrete and flooring. I have over 30 years of experience in the construction trade from large commerical building, new homes, decorative concrete and post frame building. We've built our company on hard work, craftsmanship, quality building materials and listening to our customers. Due to constant change of the products in the building industry, our company spends the time educating our employees in the materials they use and the correct application and installation of these products.
