Nicole E. Hoffman, DO

Dr. Hoffman was born in Kansas and raised in New Mexico and Colorado. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Denver, followed by her doctorate degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She completed family practice residencies at Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Arizona and Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland, Oregon.Dr. Hoffman found her love of science and the mysteries of the human body when she was dealing with her own medical issues as a young child. She feels fortunate that as a medical provider, she is able to help others just like her childhood doctors helped her.“I feel that family medicine allows patients to participate as part of their health care team in an atmosphere that generates trust and confidence. I encourage patients of all ages to ask questions and learn more about their health.”Dr. Hoffman has many areas of clinical interest, including preventative health, women's health, osteopathic manipulation treatments, and mental/behavioral health.When she is not at work, Dr. Hoffman enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
