Wilshire Consultants, Inc., formerly known as Wilshire & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1971 by R. B. (Rick) Wilshire to provide services to individuals, private businesses, law firms, and accounting firms. Primarily known as a firm that provided tax services, business consulting, and bookkeeping services, Rick affiliated with H. D. Vest Investment ServicesSM in 1989 to provide a form of "one stop shopping" that includes financial planning services, brokerage services, retirement plan services and consulting, insurance services, and money management.
