Dr. Fayad received his medical degree at the Damascus University School of Medicine in Damascus, Syria, and then completed his three-year residency in pediatrics at New York Methodist Hospital in New York City. Before opening his own pediatric practice, Dr. Fayad served as a pediatrician for Community Health Systems, Inc. and the Choctaw Nation Family Medicine Residency Program.
