Sometimes a large facility is not appropriate for all people. We understand the desire and need for a home-like atmosphere even when independent living is no longer an option. At Carlton Village, we can offer the benefits and support of a community combined with more personal care found at home. Our separate family homes each house no more than ten residents, along with our trained and dedicated staff who get to know each person individually and be able to fulfill their needs. This daily personal interaction ensures the safety and comfort of each resident 24 hours a day, always being nearby and always ready to help.

​Every house in Carlton Village is truly a home. Spacious and comfortable living rooms are perfect for friendly conversations or relaxing with a favorite pastime, or perhaps simply sitting back in one of the power recliners and watching the big-screen television. Meals are prepared in each house and served in that home's family dining room. Because the staff knows every resident well, special care can be taken to comply with their dietary needs as well as their individual likes and dislikes of each person. At night, each resident retires to their own private bedroom furnished with their own familiar furniture and mementos. All bedrooms also have the convenience of an attached private lavatory.
