Patients who are interested in receiving ketamine therapy are screened for depression using the PHQ-9 questionnaire, which is validated by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, the National Institutes of Health, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Psychological Society. Patients can take a short questionnaire online and submit it to the team. Following a screening interview over the phone, an appointment is scheduled for qualified candidates.
