Globe Life Family Heritage Division: Zaccheo Agencies

Jack Zaccheo was ready to build a business with fantastic products, earning capability, and a better quality of life when he came to Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (FHL). An added push came when FHL Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Howard Lewis, asked him to say grace before lunch during a Home Office visit and interview with a table full of FHL executives. Jack says, “It showed me where his heart and faith were and what this Company's foundation was built on.”

Jack finds it rewarding to give others a higher earning opportunity than they might have had, and enjoys watching them do more for and with their families through his local Agency Family First Insurance Group. Blessed with a team of business people to partner with, he points out, “So far, our agency has sold $6,000,000 AP.”

In his spare time, Jack enjoys watching his son play golf, and is very active with his family and church. He’s part of a contemporary Christian radio station that supports a local church and reaches out to those in need. His Agency also sponsors a variety of local causes. He says Southern West Virginia recently went through a major unemployment issue due to out-of-work coal miners, and says, “FHL provides an opportunity for people to support their families financially, and help protect others with tremendous coverage!”

Before coming to FHL, Jack was a Sub Reginal Manager at Combined Insurance Company for 12 years. As for advice he would give someone considering a sales or leadership position with FHL, he encourages them to stop thinking about it, and join FHL now. If he could start all over from the beginning with Family Heritage Life, he would spend more time in the beginning learning and mastering the FHL sales system, and would build his team more quickly.
