Michelle Davis, MD

Dr. Michelle Davis joined MUSC Women's Care as a gynecologic oncologist in 2018. Dr. Davis earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and subsequently graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Davis completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital integrated residency program through Harvard Medical School. She completed her fellowship subspecialty training in gynecologic oncology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Davis’ clinical focus includes minimally invasive surgery for gynecologic cancer (including both conventional laparoscopy and robotic surgery), as well as Enhanced Recovery After Surgery to improve perioperative care. Her research interests include disparities in cervical cancer, endometriosis associated cancers, and clinical trials in ovarian cancer.
