Kevin Suttmoeller, DO

Dr. Kevin Suttmoeller is a board-certified bariatric physician with Bariatric and Metabolic Specialists in Overland Park, Kan. He is affiliated with the Bariatric Center of Excellence at Menorah Medical Center. Dr. Suttmoeller has more than 20 years of experience, and specializes in non-surgical, medically managed weight loss. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. In addition to his patient care, Dr. Suttmoeller served as an assistant professor of clinical medicine for the University of Missouri School of Medicine where he also helped design the bariatric medicine curriculum, and an assistant professor of medicine at Andrew Taylor Still University. He has made numerous presentations to both physician and laymen audiences on his specialty. In addition to the many leadership positions in hospitals where he was affiliated, Dr. Suttmoeller is actively involved in the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Internist and the American Osteopathic Association
