Concord Peer Support

CornerBridge and Concord Peer Support serve consumers of mental health services. Our mission is to promote peer support as an effective means of learning alternative strategies to manage aspects of their individual circumstances. Peer Support encourages individuals to become more proactive in their recovery and thus more empowered. This is accomplished through educational, vocational, interpersonal, social, and spiritual opportunities. Support is provided in an atmosphere free of judgment, stigma, and medical model labeling; focusing instead on acceptance, validation, empowerment, and personal growth.
