Jean Alexandra Goodwin, PA-C

Jean Goodwin, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Baptist Health Primary Care. She specializes in internal medicine and primary care. She speaks English, Spanish and basic French.

Prior to joining Baptist Health Primary Care in 2021, Jean worked as a physician assistant for Miami Center of Excellence, providing primary care and gynecologic care. She has more than ten years of experience caring for patients with a wide range of health conditions, nine of which focusing on internal medicine.

Jean previously served as clinical adjunct faculty with Miami Dade College, teaching the next generation of physician assistants to provide quality care. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Jean treats every patient the way she would want to be treated. She takes the time to get to know every patient and listen to their feelings. Helping others is her purpose in life, so she feels great satisfaction when she improves her patient’s health or empowers them through health education.

In her free time, Jean enjoys reading, going on walks and spending time with her two young sons.
