Tim Chowdhury, MD, is an interventional physiatrist and a pain physician with over 20 years of experience. His primary focus is to give his patients the best possible treatment options to meet their specific needs and goals. At his practice in Dublin and Marion, Ohio, Ortho-Spine Rehab Center, Dr. Chowdhury specializes in treating people who suffer from chronic pain and disability, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health care.
Dr. Chowdhury earned his medical degree in 1987 at Chittagong Medical College in Bangladesh, which is the nation’s second-ranked medical school. He then came to the United States to advance his career in the field of physical medicine and pain management. He received his internship training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in New York in 1998. From there, Dr. Chowdhury completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2002 at Albany Medical Center in New York. While there, he also had the honor to serve as a chief resident.
Dr. Chowdhury is a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and board-certified in American Board of Pain Medicine.
He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine.
