Sally Hernandez Alfred, ARNP, AACC

As the Program Director for the Swedish Comprehensive Afib Network; Sally Alfred is excited to work with patients that are affected by atrial fibrillation and flutter; to achieve the best possible holistic care. She believes this can be achieved by empowering patients through education; advocacy; and shared decision making. She wants to transform the care that patients receive; and in turn; help them to transform their lives. Sally hopes to help people attain their desired quality of life; and become their own best health champions. Outside of work; she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children; reading; cooking; and photography.
