"Dean is a neurosurgery nurse practitioner at the Swedish Medical Center Department of Neurological Surgery. Dean received his Bachelors of Nursing from Seattle University in 1996, Masters of Nursing from Washington State University in 2002, and post Masters Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle University in 2017. Dean is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2003. Dean’s clinical expertise and interests are in general neurosurgery, cerebrovascular disease, neurotrauma, brain tumors, stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, disease of the spine, research, education, and neurocritical care."
