With a focus on memory care and personal services to meet each individual’s needs, Hope Springs Memory Care is a family owned and operated home. The progression of disease for those struggling with the challenges of memory loss and dementia can be overwhelming for the individual as well as their family and support systems. Our goal is to assist in maintaining the highest quality of life in a safe and secure, home-like environment. We strive to provide a loving atmosphere of independence, community, and strategic cognitive stimulation. We offer assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, hygiene, and grooming), as well as medication management, nutritious meals and snacks, and coordination with providers and transportation as needed. Rooms are available as private, semi-private, or shared with another loved one. Our care is available for long-term and respite stays depending on your needs.
