Gino Maresca established Maintain Your Property in early 2012 after seeing a gap in the building maintenance field.

Since 2012 the aim has been to provide a reliable service to property management companies and property investors/landlords which incorporates strong people skills, customer service focus, management, building, DIY and handyman skills.
