Founded by clinician and counselor Lisa Borchert—who has more than 20 years of experience in the field—our wellness center has carefully curated services backed by solid clinical research and provided by a team of seasoned experts. We also offer bundled services in targeted packages, such as Unload Your Allergies or Decompress.

When building our salt room we took no short cuts. We imported salt blocks from Pakistan and installed a halogenerator to waft pure-grade Himalayan salt into the space. For a full sensory experience, we offer essential oils and a selection of listening options, such as beach music, a calming body scan, or guided meditation to customize your journey. You’ll leave breathing clearer and feeling rejuvenated!
