Piya Ghoshal, MD

Piya Ghoshal, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience who provides exceptional medical care at her offices in Amityville and West Islip, New York. At her practice, Piya Ghoshal MD PC, Dr. Ghoshal takes the time necessary with each of her patients to understand their needs and concerns, so she can provide the most effective care.
In addition to preventive care, including annual physicals and flu shots, Dr. Ghoshal also provides the specialized medical care needed for her patients with diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. She also offers a physician-supervised weight-loss program to help her patients drop unwanted pounds, as well as CoolSculpting® to help her patients get rid of their stubborn pockets of fat. For erasing lines and wrinkles, Dr. Ghoshal also provides Botox® injections.  
After earning her medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, Dr. Ghoshal completed her residency in internal medicine at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University at the Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx, New York.
