Specializing in Eating Disorders, Addiction Recovery, and Relationship Issues, my counseling practice has been in Westlake Village, CA for over a decade. Through the use of psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, and EMDR, my clients get through personal and family struggles with these and other empathetic relational tools. ​We all possess the internal resources to heal ourselves. My job is to help guide you to those parts of yourself that already know the answers. Together, we will begin to recognize destructive patterns of thought or behavior and find better ways to cope with life. We will use tools that help you connect your mind with your body. Our bodies hold lots of information when we become aware of the subtle language of the connections.
