Movement Evaluation
Every patient receives a diagnostic evaluation to identify and address the patient’s area of pain or discomfort. From there a patient care plan is formed.


Manual Therapy
In order to ensure proper recovery, our therapists provide hands-on treatment that includes stretching, joint mobilization, and guided movements to help with pain and dysfunction.


Exercise Program Prescription
For physical therapy to be effective, patients must follow a routine of at-home exercises provided by their therapist.


Nutritional Consulting
We have a licensed dietician with 24 years of experience that is dedicated to providing individual nutrition counseling and customized menu plans.


Functional Dry Needling
Functional Dry Needling uses a fine filament needle without medication or injection into muscle tissue to alleviate pain and dysfunction.
